Its very difficult to separate these two leading brands. Baby Bjorn One is prefered by some for its easy of use.
Many state that Baby Bjorn is preferable for for more petite women, some who report finding the Ergobaby Omni Breeze less comfortable than the Baby Bjorn. I am 5ft 3 my preference was the Ergobaby brand which was in my opion more comfortable and versitle. Whilst others prefer the Ergobaby Omni breeze due to its handy pouch, greater versatility of carrying positions.
